This article will guide you through the process of enabling multisignature protection for the Stellar account in LOBSTR wallet with your Vault Signer Card.
Follow this guide if you are yet to configure your Signer Card and did not access the Home screen of your Vault account.
Follow the steps below to enable multisig with your Signer Card:
Step 1. Open the 'Home' screen of the LOBSTR Vault app. From here, click the 'Add Account' button.
Step 2. Choose the 'Open LOBSTR Wallet' option.
Alternatively, you can scan the QR code or copy the Vault public key if you want your Signer Card to protect your Stellar account in another service.
Step 3. You'll be redirected to your LOBSTR wallet. Click the 'Enable Multisig' button under the 'Multisig' tab.
Step 4. LOBSTR wallet should automatically detect the LOBSTR Vault account linked to your Signer Card and prompt to use it as a signer. Tap the 'Yes, Use This Device' button.
Step 5. Сonfirm that you want to add a new signer to your Stellar account. Carefully read the description and tap the 'Continue' button.
Step 6. If the 'Multisig enabled' screen is displayed, the multisig protection has been successfully enabled for your Stellar account and you can use your Signer Card to sign pending transactions in LOBSTR Vault.
To view the list of your signers, use the 'View Signers' button on the 'Multisig' screen.
Step 7 (optional). Open LOBSTR Vault app and make sure that your protected Stellar account is displayed on the Home screen.
